Need to report an insurance claim?  Here’s how.


Report to Insurance Company, or

You have the choice to report your insurance claim directly to the insurance company or through Bankers.  If during non-business hours, we recommend reporting directly to your insurance company.  Their claim contact information can be found in your insurance policy, your auto ID card, or reference our Claim Contact List.


Report to Bankers Insurance

If you prefer to report your claim directly to Bankers Insurance, please complete the form below or report it using our mobile app. We will review your information, initiate a claim, and contact you if further information is needed.  If you have questions, please give us a call at (800) 541-1419.

NOTE:  If reporting a claim during non-business hours, we will process your claim on the next business day.
