As a part of our employee benefit services package, each client is assigned a dedicated account manager to aid and advise regarding any benefits or HR matter. You will have their email and a phone number that rings right on their desk. We do not operate a call center. Your account manager will take responsibility for enrollments, changes, and terminations. They will help with claims, billing, or benefits questions and provide forms, documents, and education materials. They will guide you through the renewal process each year, and train you in using the benefits administration portal.

Plan DocumentsPlan Documents

Any business using an ERISA Health and Welfare plan is required to distribute Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD’s) to employees. A carrier plan will not meet this requirement. Benefit plan audits are increasing and a best practice to avoid liability is to implement a Wrap SPD to supplement insurance plan booklets. We guide our clients to a legal resource that can provide such documentation.


Affordable Care Act reporting for Applicable Large Employers (ALEs), and 5500 reporting for plans having 100 or more subscribers represent critical reporting requirements. Bankers provides resources to ensure compliance with ACA and 5500 reporting.
