I was very impressed with Ms. Lindsey Cantrell and the way she handled my request to fax a Policy Declaration to my mortgage company, PHH Mortgage. I called your Glenn Allen office and they were experiencing technical difficulties, but your Charlottesville office was spot on. Ms. Cantrell immediately took my insurance payment, then faxed the Policy Declaration to PHH Mortgage who seemed to be in a hurry to receive it. My mind is fully at rest now, knowing that Ms. Cantrell handled my request with efficiency and speed. Five stars!

Selena was very personable on the phone. I could tell she really cared about my family and the type of insurance we needed to cover us fully. She made sure all my questions were answered and then explained even more. I really appreciate her willingness to be available whenever I have questions. She is a "floater" for my books right now, but she is so great I hope she becomes permanent.
