We will review a few basic facts about your agency and contact you directly. We will provide honest feedback and answer your questions. If both parties would like to explore further, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement and begin due diligence.
Who We Will Consider
Bankers Insurance is looking for small and medium-sized insurance agencies in the mid-Atlantic region, primarily MD, DC, DE, NC, SC, TN, and WV. We will consider other regions given the correct circumstances. We are looking for agencies with a book of personal lines, commercial lines, and/or employee benefits. Niche agencies are especially attractive. Commercial business should be small to mid-market. We prefer the principals selling the insurance agency remain on staff for a few years, but that is not a requirement.
